[li] Commission slots will be available through FurAffinity journal notices only. Please check there to see if my status is open or closed.
(You may send me a note on FA to ask me about large commissions at any time. I may or may not be able to accommodate you at that time. Feel free to ask.)[/li]
[li] When you get a spot, it is best to send your character information right away.
Please use the form provided. This helps me view all of the proper information in one place, without having to go looking through multiple notes. Thank you.
(These will be linked in the journal entry.)[/li]
[li] Once I get your completed form (via FA note), depending upon the commission ordered, I will either send you a quote for your approval, or send your invoice. [/li]
[li] Payment should be made in full, up front, so please save up for any commissions you're interested in. [/li]
[li] If you have claimed a spot, but have not sent any information within one week, you will be booted from the list. I would have noted you by then. [/li]
[li] Please remember to include the email address that you would like me to send your finished commission to when you send your character info. [/li]
[li] Your commission file or files, once finished, will be sent to the email address that you've provided.
[/li][li]You may ask me not to post a reference sheet or badge in my gallery for a certain amount of time. After that time, it will be posted.
However, if you ask me to never post it in my gallery, there will be a fee of fifty percent total commission cost, as this takes content for show out of my gallery.
- Please respond to emails, questions, and other forms of contact as soon as possible once you receive them. If you do not, I will poke you about it. If you still don't respond, I may have to put your commission on the back burner while working on other projects.
If you have not responded within two months time, I will finish what I can to the best of my ability and send you that as a final product. Any further edits WILL cost beyond this point.
**(If for some reason I should not respond to an email or note within a week, and there has been no notice of anything health related via journal, please poke me on my gallery notes. The email may not have been received.)

Terms Of Service
Payments
[li]Payments are accepted in USD, through Paypal only. [/li]
[li]Payment in full must be made within 7 days of invoice.
If payment is not received within 7 days of invoice, the commission will be canceled, and you will have to wait until the next time I open for that particular kind of commission, to get on the list again.[/li]
Refunds and Cancellation.
[li]Refunds can only be given before any work has been started. The artist will retain a $20.00 convenience fee.[/li]
[li]No refunds will be given after work has been started. [/li]
[li]Cancellation of a commission by the artist due to self inability to complete a commission because to injury, or unforeseen health issues will result in full to partial refund of payment to client depending upon the amount of work has been completed. The client will receive whatever was finished, nyx any unfinished parts.[/li]
[li]Cancellation of a commission by the artist due to client behavior, rudeness, lack of communication, or otherwise inappropriate action will result in a 50% refund. The other 50% will remain with the artist for compensation of time and effort. Harassment will not be tolerated. [/li]
Revisions and WIPs.
[li] Small commissions such as icons, badges, sketches, and similar pieces do not receive work in progress updates by default, but that can be requested, just keep in mind that it takes longer to complete your work that way. The finished file will be sent directly to you for review. If any changes need to be made at that point, I will do my best to make revisions and send you your new file. This can only happen twice before a revision fee will then be applied, so make sure you check it well the first time. [/li]
[li] For large, full commissions and reference sheets, I will always send at least one work in progress shot, Usually at the sketch or line-art stage, to make sure that the pose, anatomy, and everything else is to your liking. Any edits that need to be made can be made at that time. [/li]
[li]Once the file is completed, I will send the client their finished file to be thoroughly looked over. If any changes need to be made at that point, I will make noted revisions and send the new, completed file. This can only happen TWICE before a revision fee will then be applied. [/li]
[li] After one week of time, if no prior request has been made for changes, any additional changes beyond this point will require a revision fee to be paid. [/li]
[li]Revision fees will depend upon the amount of work that needs to be done to alter and image.[/li]
Usage Policy
[li]Clients may not reproduce commissioned work for “personal gain” (IE: T-shirts, merchandise, etc. containing commissioned artwork may not be manufactured and then sold for a profit). Clients may produce merchandise for their own “personal use” (IE: T-shirts/etc. you create for your own wear/use or gift to a friend). [/li]
[li]Clients may use work for icons, desktop backgrounds, decorative prints (for home, office, etc), and any other personal/private use. Clients may re-post low resolution images to their own website or online galleries, but credit and a link must be given back to the artist. Please do not upload a version without a watermark on the image to personal online galleries.[/li]
[li]The artist retains all rights to commissioned work created. Including, but not limited to, the right to make prints and merchandise, and to edit or alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the artist's discretion. (If no alterations are made, a text tag will be placed at the bottom of the image telling who the character or character's belong to.)[/li]
[li]Clients can negotiate for rights to the commissioned image for an additional fee. (TOR) or "Transfer of rights" fee. I will likely request 50% - 70% of full commissioned work price in addition to the price you've already been quoted for the work. (Depending on what rights are to be transferred.)
(If your wanting book cover, printing, merchandise, or other rights to a piece that cost $200 usd, then your TOR will be $100 - $140 in addition to your commission price.)
Negotiations can take place if I will still be allowed to have some rights to the image.[/li][/ul]
- The client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not give them rights to the commissioned image. (See above for details.)
